Associate Director - BA (Hons)

Steph is responsible for the overall performance of HM Referencing which includes managing the day-to-day operations, leading / mentoring the team, and managing the referencing applications for a portfolio of letting agents nationwide.

Having a degree in Languages and Global Marketing, Steph has spent time overseas including working within a world-leading business in Spain and has also studied in Italy. With a keen passion for improvement and development, she is now incorporating her skillset to further advance HM Referencing and bring a high standard of service to our clients across the UK with the help of her stellar team.

Steph joined HM Referencing at the start of 2018 and is also working towards obtaining her ARLA qualification.
