Lydia started her career in commercial insurance in 2016. During this time, she has gained experience broking a wide range of general commercial insurance. She spent 3 years underwriting a scheme policy for recruitment companies.

Since joining HM in June 2022 as a Senior Account Handler, she has worked closely with Jake on his account. Since December 2023 she was promoted to Account Handler Team Manager, in addition to her account handling role.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the countryside with her family.
