Helen began working in the insurance industry in 2002 where she was part of a Personal Lines team within a small Brokerage in Nottingham. This role involved working on Private Motor, Household and Travel Insurance for several years before expanding her knowledge further to include Marine insurance and some commercial lines.

In 2015, Helen relocated to Worcester where she continued her career as a Private Clients Account Handler and obtained her insurance qualifications, before moving to join Hazelton Mountford in August 2023.

Now operating as a Commercial Account Handler, Helen works closely with a number of our executives on all aspects of commercial insurance. With her efficiency and great work ethic, she has proven herself to be a fantastic addition to our team.

Outside of work, Helen is a mother to two daughters and enjoys spending time with her friends.

Being a lover of the outdoors, she often spends her time hiking, Cycling, Motor Biking, canoeing, and camping.
