Lydia started her career in commercial insurance in 2016. During this time, she has gained experience with broking a wide range of general commercial insurance. She spent 3 years underwriting a scheme policy for recruitment companies. She also completed her Certificate in insurance.

Lydia joined the company in June 2022. She is eager to complete her Diploma and be a valued member of the team.

In her spare time, she is often found walking her dog on the Malvern Hills.
