Experienced commercial professional joins Hazelton Mountford’s growing insurance brokerage

Bringing over 20 years’ insurance experience, Helen Barratt strengthens our existing team.

Helen joined us earlier this month as Commercial Account Handlerand boosts the team’s expertise. She’s sharing her experience within different sectors, as her skillset ranges across Personal Lines, Marine, Property Owners and Private Clients Insurance.

Helen says: “I started working within the insurance industry at a small brokerage undertaking Personal Lines in my home town of Nottingham. My main focus was in Motor, Home and Travel insurance. After 8 years, I began a specialism within Marine Insurance along with gaining Commercial experience in Property Owner’s insurance. After moving to Worcester in 2015, I became an Account Handler in the Private Clients sector, where I completed my Cert CII, and gained over 8 years’ experience.”

After her recent move to Hazelton Mountford, Helen explains: “I am now taking on the role of Commercial Account Handler, alongside Nigel Webb and Simeon Chapman, where I will be helping with Renewals, MTAs and very much look forward to chatting with our clients in due course.”
