We are seeking a Claims Handler to work within our expanding team in Worcester.

At Hazelton Mountford, our staff are core to our success and we are looking for a customer service focussed individual who will share our values and offer the best service possible in assisting our valued clients with their claims.

The majority of claims handled will be for commercial businesses and, to a lesser extent, private individuals. You will report to our Claims Manager for this busy and rewarding position and need to be able to work well under pressure, possess good communication skills as well as passion for finding the best outcome for our clients. Previous claims handling experience is preferred but not necessary, if you possess a knowledge of insurance coupled with a strong desire to learn, you will also be considered.

Hours: Monday – Friday   8:30am – 5:00pm
