We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work within our Lead Generation Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join our rapidly expanding Insurance Brokerage within the centre of Worcester where you will work alongside our existing Lead Generation/Marketing manager to assist in business to business focused development of leads and opportunities. An excellent telephone manner is of course necessary and the ability to be flexible in your approach to dealing with different people at different levels within businesses. Previous telesales experience is not necessarily required for the right person as full mentoring and training will be provided.
