If things go wrong with the property, either due to tenant’s circumstances or other factors outside our control, we want to know that our insurance policies are going to pay out. Gordon Hazelton and Stephanie Morris share some stories and simple tips for landlords to avoid common pitfalls with tenant selection and dealing with insurers.
