You can use our solution in a number of ways.

We can provide you with a dedicated Account Handler to carry out all of your references, so that you always know who to speak to and who is representing your company, and have full access to our system so you know exactly what they are doing and what stage the reference is at.

However, we also understand that outsourcing this process may not be the best option for your business, so you can run your referencing in-house and just use our software to support your team.

We also allow our agents the flexibility to pre-screen their tenants before they incur any referencing costs. With our PRE-SCREEN facility the tenants can fill out the online application form, which is then emailed to you for checking before submission, this can help ensure that you do not waste valuable time.
