Two apprentices achieve promotion at Hazelton Mountford

We are proud to announce the well-deserved promotion of two exceptional individuals from our apprentice programme to the positions of Junior Account Executive and Account Handler.
The successful candidates, Lexi Loveday-Portlock and Andrew Jackson, displayed dedication and a keenness to learn during their tenure as apprentices, leading to this recent advancement in their careers.
As apprentices, Lexi and Andrew demonstrated an aptitude for the insurance industry and exceeded expectations in meeting client needs. Their commitment to providing outstanding service and building strong client relationships set them apart as standout talents within the company.
Andrew says: “I’m delighted to have achieved the position of a Junior Account Executive and look forward to progressing further with Hazelton Mountford. Since joining last September, I feel the company has helped me to expand my knowledge of the insurance world through both education and experience, exposing me to a range of industries that I never thought I would cross in a professional capacity. I have found a particular interest in the niche Churches, Charities and Not-For-Profit sector and am working to make this a speciality of mine in the future.”
In their new roles as Account Handler and Account Executive respectively, Lexi and Andrew will collaborate closely with the firm’s experienced brokers to create tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client. Their current understanding of the insurance landscape and insights are set to increase and promise to further elevate Hazelton Mountford’s reputation as a trusted and client-centric insurance provider.
